How it all started…
9 Years ago, author Zoe York started Stuff Your Kindle Day to promote indie authors. By marking one or more of their books as $0.00, it allows authors to entice an entire new category of readers who may get hooked on their work and purchase the subsequent books in their portfolio. Authors from a variety of genres are featured, including romance, mystery, thriller, science fiction, or more. These books are free to purchase, and yours to keep – completely separate from the Kindle Unlimited platform.
Is there a Stuff Your Kindle Day for different genres?

How Does it All Work?
On any given day, there are free e-books available on Amazon. Simply toggle over to the “Books” category and select “view all”. The you filter by “kindle edition” and sort “low to high”. Don’t be fooled by the Kindle Unlimited options – that simply means it is an included read with your monthly subscription. On Stuff Your Kindle Days, you can enjoy thousands of books to purchase for free – look for that $0.00 purchase price.
While the American website does have a specific category just Stuff Your Kindle Day, sadly us Canadians still need to follow the directions above to seek them out (and visit the websites shared above, they do all the heavy lifting for us!).
